In a world infested with the undead, peace is a thing of the past. We're traveling in a pack, nightmares robbing us of any sleep but the madness is divine.
The creature pulled itself out of the shadows in a surprisingly fluid motion. It towered over Paea, thick strands of blue saliva dangling over her head. It grinned, six rows of pearly white daggers gleaming at her. “Welllllcome.” The creature hissed. It reached for Paea with a slimy, navy colored tentacle. “Thanks!” Paea said cheerfully as she shook the offered tentacle. “I’m looking forward to working here, the CEO’s dedication to protecting the planet is inspiring.” “You’re gonna lllllove it here, girlllllfriend. I can’t wait show you around.” The creature replied with a light laugh. After such a warm welcome, Paea was already feeling less nervous about the big move. “Sounds great, let’s go.” She said, then the pair entered the office. Yes, she decided, she was going to be just fine here on Earth 3.
Only three things are certain in this world: death, taxes and aliens. At least that’s what my Pa used to say. Every weekend, we’d drive out to a spot in the Nevada desert and just lay there, lookin up at the night sky. It was my favorite thing to do since we almost never had time alone together. “Pa. If aliens are real, why haven’t they come down to talk with us?” “Well…I think they have, boy. We just haven’t been payin good attention to what they’ve been tryin to say.” Out of curiosity, I rolled to look at his face. Seeing his reactions to things always made me more curious. “And what do you think that is?” This time around, all he did was smirk and shrug. “I dunno. You’d have to find one and ask.” After that, I made it my mission to try find an alien but in the process, I found Mads. She was a sweet ol’ thing livin down in Roswell and made the best coffee this side of the galaxy. You could talk to her about almost anything, except herself. The few personal details I ever got
R7: Dear Screens Cikro walked down the sidewalk, keeping his eyes staring up ahead while ignoring the details around himself. Buildings were to his left where the windows were covered up by curtains. It was nearly impossible to know if windows were there or not. The street was on the opposing side but it became empty. No cars or any other were there driving by him for his performance and Cikro was getting a bit desperate. It did not help that some deer was stalking him and lurked around in everywhere he goes. Though Cikro shook his head hoping to clear his mind, he turned the corner towards the right as he continued walking off. He had wanted to find an audience to perform his tricks and illusions with. A large crowd that would be roaring for his attention. That was his dream. But it did not became a reality at all upon this abandoned city. Cikro had hated himself for not passing up the offer to head into SunKill city. He should had refused it and avoided the city at once. Gritting
R7: Little Fears Bearing his senses, Gyan opened his eyes yawning after a deep sleep. Looking around onto his surroundings, he noticed that he was in an empty large room. Nothing was in it, however. Though, he was not alone. To his back was his friend, the other fox that he was trying to save. Sabyr is woken up too at a later time, a yawn emerged from his lips casing upon its voices onto Gyan who spoke back to him. Sabyr responded in kind before he looked around on his surroundings too. Gyan frowned. Four doors stood surrounding them. Two keys were in front of them. They were free to move anywhere they like but could they escaped from the room with the keys as they desired? Gyan shakes his head and frowned when his eyes laid upon a simple white note that laid against the key. Picking himself up, he walked towards it. He grabbed the key with his paw, lifting it onto his eyes and began reading what it says. A simple test. Two keys and four doors. Neither of them can escape from the
R7: MatchUp Walking a few steps forward, Kelin noticed in the dark something ahead of him. Yet he does not know what it is. While his eyes stared, he squinted them and blinked several times. Confusion was on his mind as he drew closer to the object. He noticed a strange shape occurring before him. Deciding to stop, he planted his feet upon the grounds. His eyes raised and looked. The object was brown, probably dark. It stood erected from the ground. But nothing was on top of it. Kelin frowned and reached into his pocket, pulling out a blue box. Attempting to open it through the side, he tried to scratch his paw inside of it. He was successful and pulled the side of the box outward while he stared inside. The box contained ten pieces of smaller sticks. At the end of those sticks were red colored tips. He took one out and gazed around the box for anything that he could scratch on. Eventually, he found what he was looking for. He attempted to scratch the rough surface side of the box
R7: LossSee As a cold sea wave washes over his foot, Kelin stared out into the horizon smiling faintly to himself. He had made it out of the hole. Possibly the last trap from his enemies. He lowered his head down, raising his paws to meet it. Uncurling them, he revealed to himself the five small crystals that he still retained and carried ever since he had took them from that unknown dimension. Slowly, he smiled to himself and curled his paws back covering the crystals again. Putting them onto his pocket, he raised his head staring down onto the horizon before of him. It was going to be a long trip across the sea and back towards the ruined city where the R7 had leveled it to the grounds while trying to seek him. With a retained smile upon his face, he threw his paws outward in front of him then raised them onto the top of his head before diving into the surface of the waters. However, he hit his head hard as he growled in pain. The sea, city and the horizon all disappeared and
Inward: Ridden Fox Her butt made contact to the ground as her eyes were closed shut, Liquiz groaned afterwards rubbing her butt using her paw while glancing over upon the door which was shut in her face. Her eyes narrowed and she growled. Getting up onto her feet, she quickly dusted her dirty fur from her head to the bottom before glancing around the building for any opening. But it seems that it was all shut off to prevent her from entering except for one. An idea popped into her head while her face was brighten and turned her attention towards the shelter that was drifted off to the side. Running towards it, she stopped and glanced down before grabbing onto the flapped doors pulling them all to the side. Revealing the darkness that had awaits her, She stepped down the stairs slowly and carefully all the while widening her eyes so she would have the best vision in the dark. However while her strategy had worked most of the time, it did check for any traps that were laid upon. Liquiz
R7: Sigh Signs Opening his eyes, Kelin groaned in his sleep. He woke up to the sounds of the birds chirping outside of his window. Gazing to the window to his right side, he noticed the sun shining brightly just barely off the horizon. He stretched his arms up, yawning again before raising himself to his feet. Turning to the door in front of him, he opened it before realizing something. He gazed back onto the room behind him, it was just a bed and a pair of windows to the side of it. Nothing else was around it. No clothes. No toys. No nothing. Just the basic needs of everyday life and it worries him. While hesitating to close the door, he walked through it and reappeared upon the opposing side. A single hallway stood where he was at. A series of pictures were behind him. All of the paintings had a single portrait of a hero character. At the bottom of each painting were their unique signature names signed. From left to right where the stairs are as followed, 'Udaki: betrayed', 'Gyan'
Inward: Dangerous Warmth Staring into the door in front of her, her heart beats echoing against her ears. Liquiz was worried and anxious; she never thought about fighting her own partner during the time of peace. But here they were stuck upon the predicament that neither of them had any preparation for. This was not some sort of mock battle or training to hone in their skills. Liquiz knew that by the time when he had attacked her out of the blue. No. That was legitimate. Gulping something down her throat, her thoughts swirled in her mind as she pondered what she was going to do. Often times than not, she hears him walking or flying about and was closer towards her hiding spot. Liquiz does not know if he was just toying with her or is he actively pursuiting her. Either one, she does not want to know or reveal her location just yet. During her time concealing herself within her hiding spot, she was able to deduced the familiar pattern that the uses. He always heads towards the upstairs
